Engagehive Software Private Limited is situated over in Sahakarnagar at Sadguru Homes. We are specifically located in the Leni Garden area, at number 17 on 5th Xshantivana in Kodigehalli. It’s a bit of a quiet spot, which is great for the kind of software work we do. The neighborhood has a lot of trees and feels more like a residential area than a business hub. Our office is just a regular unit where we’ve set up our workstations. We have a few desks, some fairly old chairs, and a shelf full of books and manuals. It’s not a polished or high-end office, but it works for us. We spend most of our hours looking at code on our screens. Sometimes we take a quick walk around the garden nearby when we need to clear our heads. We’ve been in this location for some time and have gotten to know the local surroundings well. There isn't a big sign on the building, so you have to look for the house number to find us. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters. We don't really have a hierarchy or anything like that; we just work together to get things finished. Lunch is usually something we grab from a nearby shop or eat together at our desks. It’s a very simple, no-nonsense way to run a small software business. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to keep things moving.
