You can find us at number 4 in Shamanna Layout, which is on the 4th Cross Main Road in Lingarajapuram. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you don’t know the turns. We’ve been operating Enfatico India from this building for several years. It’s a plain building and our office is just as simple. We have some whiteboards that are stained from use and a lot of mismatched chairs. We handle various back-office tasks and data work. It’s the kind of job that requires a lot of focus, so it’s usually pretty quiet inside. We can hear the traffic from the main road, but it’s mostly just background noise. The light in the afternoon is quite bright, so we usually keep the curtains half-closed. We don't have any big corporate mission statements on the walls. It’s mostly just calendars and a few photos. Our team is small and we’ve been working together for a long time. We know each other’s habits and how we like our coffee. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all just take a break and talk about the news or the weather. It’s a very grounded way to work. Lingarajapuram is a busy area with lots of small shops. We usually get our lunch from the place down the street. We aren't trying to change the world. We’re just here to get our work done properly and go home to our families. It suits us fine.
