Enerparc Energy Pvt. Ltd. is located up on the 9th floor of the North Block in the Manipal Centre. If you’ve ever been to Dickenson Road, you probably know the building. We’re in units N905 and N906. It’s a decent view from up here, though we spend most of our time focused on the work at hand. We handle energy projects, mostly on a larger scale than just residential stuff. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking about logistics. It’s not a very fancy setup, just desks and chairs and a lot of maps and plans pinned to the walls. We’ve been at No.47 for a while now. The elevators in this building can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, which is something we’ve just learned to live with. We aren’t really the type to run big ad campaigns or have a glossy lobby. Most of our work comes from people who know our reputation for getting things done. We deal with a lot of technical data and government regulations regarding power. It’s a lot of sitting in meetings and going through spreadsheets. The team is professional but we don’t stand on ceremony. We just want to make sure the energy systems we design actually work when they’re supposed to. Being centrally located in the city helps when we need to meet partners or head out to various project sites around the region.
