Up here on the first floor in Jayanagar, things stay pretty steady for us. We go by Energy Win Techologies Pvt Ltd, but mostly we are just the guys working at 26/3. It is a busy area, so finding a parking spot can be a real headache sometimes, but we like being centrally located where everything is happening. Our office is not anything you would see in a magazine. It has got some desks, a few old computers, and a whole lot of wires running everywhere. We spend most of our time looking at energy tech and trying to figure out how to make things run a bit better for the people who use our systems. Sometimes the tea lady comes by in the morning, and that is usually the highlight of the day. It is a small team, so everyone knows exactly what everyone else is doing. We do not have big formal meetings or anything like that. We just talk across the room or shout over the cubicles. Jayanagar is a good place to be because food and shops are so close. If we need a spare part or just a quick snack, we just head downstairs. The work can be a bit technical, and sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours, but that is just the job. We are not a giant corporation. It is just us on the first floor trying to keep things moving. (248 words)
