If you’re looking for us, we’re located on the first floor of Madina Manzil, right there on 5th Cross in JP Nagar Phase I. Bangalore is a big city for software, obviously, but we’ve tucked ourselves away in a more quiet corner of the TMCS Layout on 32 C Main. It’s a 66 number building. We like it here because it feels more like a community than a tech park. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We do a lot of coding and technical work, mostly sitting at our screens for long hours. We don’t have those fancy bean bags or ping pong tables you hear about in other software places. It’s just a regular office where we focus on the projects at hand. Being on the first floor means we see people coming and going on the street below, which is nice. Sometimes the stairs are a bit steep if you’re carrying a lot of gear, but we’re used to it. The team at Endeavour Software Technologies is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. It’s not always easy, but it keeps the days interesting. We’ve been in this Karnataka location for a bit, and we know the local shops for lunch. It’s a practical setup for people who just want to get their work done without any fuss or corporate noise. We just keep building things.
