We’ve been running our little operation here at 52, 7th Cross for quite a while now. It’s tucked away in the 8th Main area of Shakambarinagar, which is part of J P Nagar 1st Phase in Bangalore. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded during the day, but our street stays mostly okay. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some old desks and a few chairs that have seen better days. We handle various marketing and service tasks for different people. It’s a lot of computer work and phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around and wait for the generator to kick in. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We drink a lot of coffee from the place around the corner to keep ourselves going. The team is small, just a handful of us who’ve known each other for years. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to get through our list of tasks and make sure the people who hire us are satisfied with what we do. It gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how we work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we first moved in here, but we’re still at the same old spot.
