Encore

Encore is based out of an apartment, specifically unit 503 in the Aishwarya Lake View Apts. We are located in Benginahalli, which is just West of Chord Road. It’s a bit different running a business from a residential building, but it suits us just fine. We don’t have a big sign out front or a lobby. If you want to see us, you have to come up to the fifth floor. The space is filled with our equipment and a lot of folders. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main road, which we appreciate when we are trying to focus. We’ve been here for a few years now. Most of our work is done on laptops and through phone calls. We don’t have a staff of dozens. It’s a small, dedicated group of us. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We have a small balcony where we take breaks. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a real place where we put in our hours. We like the neighborhood because it’s easy to get around. We didn't want a big, expensive office when this apartment works perfectly well for what we need. It feels more personal this way. We just keep things simple and stay busy with our daily tasks. We don't worry about being fancy.
