We are located over at Encore Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, which is a bit of a unique spot. Our address is Qno.72, Type II, in the CRPF Quarters at the Group Center in Yelhanka. Being inside the CRPF area means things are a bit more disciplined around here. You have to pass through security, and there is a lot of green space that you don't usually see in the middle of Bangalore. It is quiet, which helps when we are trying to code or fix bugs in the system. The office itself is essentially a converted quarter, so it feels more like a home than a sterile business center. We have our computers set up in the different rooms. It is a small team, and we all know each other well. Sometimes we take a walk around the quarters during our breaks just to get some fresh air. It is a long way from the city center, so we don't get a lot of random visitors. Most of us live nearby or have a long commute from the north side of town. We deal with software day in and day out. There is nothing glamorous about it, but we like the quiet atmosphere here. It lets us get the work done without the usual city noise. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks we have been assigned for the day.
