Encon Engineers

We are based out of Richmond Town, specifically at number 88 on the 15th Main in the 3rd Block. Being an engineer at Encon Engineers means a lot of technical talk and looking at drawings. The office is in a good part of town, but it can get quite noisy with the traffic on the main road. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know each other's habits well. Modern office things like bean bags or free snacks aren't our style. We just have our desks and our equipment. Engineering is practical work, and that’s how we treat our day. We show up, see what needs to be drawn or calculated, and we get to it. Sometimes we have to head out to sites, which is a nice change from being stuck inside all day. The 15th Main is a busy place, and there’s always something going on outside our windows. Richmond Town is a good place to be because it feels like the heart of things. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the structures and systems we look at are done right. It’s steady work and we are glad to have it. The tea shop nearby is where we usually end up in the evenings. It’s a good way to unwind before heading home. We aren't fancy engineers, just people who know their way around.
