You can find us on the second floor of the building at 660/1 in Subhas Nagar, which is part of HAL 2nd Stage. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it is a decent enough office once you get there. We spend our days looking at maps and talking on the phone about different places. It is not a fancy travel agency with big posters everywhere. It is more of a functional space where we handle the bookings and the logistics. There are stacks of folders and notes on everyone's desks. The area around Subhas Nagar is pretty active, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We usually have the fan going because it gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons. It is a small group of us working here. We have been in this HAL neighborhood for some time, so we know where to get the best lunch nearby. Most of the day is just spent typing away or checking schedules. It is a lot of detail work. We do not have a reception desk or a waiting lounge. If someone comes in, they just pull up a chair by one of our desks. It is an informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We just focus on getting the itineraries right and making sure all the paperwork is in order for the travelers. It is just us and our computers.
