Empplore To Inspire Technologies Private Limited is based out of the Gokulam Complex in Doddakallasandra. Our specific spot is unit A-1320, right on the Kanakapura Main Road. It’s a very busy part of Bangalore, so there is always a lot of noise from the traffic outside. We’ve been working from this office for a good while now. The complex is home to a lot of different businesses, so you see all kinds of people in the hallways. Our office isn't very big, but we make it work for our team. We have our desks set up in a way that lets us all talk to each other easily. It’s a very hands-on environment without any of the fancy stuff you might find in a big tech park. There are no receptionists or waiting rooms here. If you come to see us, you’ll probably just walk right into the middle of someone working. We have a few whiteboards that are usually covered in notes and diagrams that only we understand. Sometimes we keep the windows shut to block out the dust from the road. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; it’s just a functional space where we do our tech work. Most of us have been together for a while, so it feels more like a small group of friends working rather than a stiff corporate office. We just keep our heads down and get through our project lists every day.
