You can find us at No. 295, Rajshrivilla, on the Basavanapura Main Road in K.R. Puram. Bangalore traffic is something else, and Basavanapura Main Road is no exception. We see the bikes and cars crawling past our windows all day long. Rajshrivilla is a decent enough building, though it can get a bit dusty with all the construction that always seems to be happening in K.R. Puram. At Empower Research Knowledge Services, we mostly do data work and research. It’s a lot of sitting in front of computers and looking at spreadsheets. We aren’t a big, flashy tech company with bean bags and free snacks. It’s a pretty standard office setup with regular desks and chairs that have seen better days. The team is a mix of people who have been here forever and some newer faces. We usually take our breaks at the small tea stall just down the road. It’s a good way to clear your head after staring at data for four hours straight. The office can get a bit quiet when everyone is focused, except for the sound of typing. We don’t really have any grand slogans on the walls. We just focus on getting the research right for the people who ask us for it. It’s a practical, local business and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite a while now. We just do our thing. We have a small parking area out front, but it's usually full by nine.
