Empee Software Private Limited

Our place is in Marathalli, right across from Spice Garden in Munnekolala. We’re in Flat G-01 of the Govindam Apartment on ITPL Main Road. It’s a handy spot because everything we need is close by, even if the road gets really crowded. Empee Software Private Limited has been running from here for a while. It’s not your typical high-rise corporate office. Being in an apartment makes it feel more like a home, which we actually prefer. We do software work, plain and simple. We aren't trying to be the next big global thing; we just want to write good code and help our clients with their needs. The traffic on ITPL Main Road can be a real nightmare at five o'clock, so we usually start our day early or stay late to avoid the worst of it. We have a small kitchen where we make our own lunch and coffee. It’s a friendly atmosphere most of the time. We don't have human resources departments or long, boring meetings. We just talk across the room to each other when something needs doing. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with everyone talking at once, but it’s all fine. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in Bengaluru, but we’re still here, doing our thing every day. We don't have a polished website with fake photos. It’s just us, the computers, and a lot of hard work.
