Emirates

We are located at 23/1, ‘C’ Street in Baiderhalli, which is part of Benson Town in Bangalore. Even though the name is Emirates, we are just a local office here in the neighborhood. We spend our time helping people figure out their travel plans, mostly focusing on flights and the paperwork that comes with going abroad. Benson Town is a nice place to be, and our street is usually quite busy with people going about their business. We do not have a huge, sleek office with hundreds of workers in uniforms. It is just a few of us sitting at our desks, answering the phone and trying to find the best routes for people. Sometimes the computer systems are slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit, but we always get it done eventually. We do not use any corporate jargon or try to sell people things they do not need. We just look at the screen, find the price, and tell you exactly what it is. It is a simple, practical way to work. We have been in this part of Bangalore for a while now and we know most of the people on our street. We are not trying to be anything we are not. We just provide a service to the local community and try to be as helpful as we can. If you need to talk about a trip, you can just stop by ‘C’ Street. We are usually there throughout the day working.
