We are set up here in Rajaji Nagar, specifically at Mariyappana Palya on 11th Main. It’s a residential-feeling area but with a lot of small businesses tucked away in the houses. This specific spot is part of Ramakrishna Nagula's place, at number 415/A. We handle things from here, keeping track of what needs to be done. It’s not like those big, shiny airport offices you see on TV or in the news. It’s more of a quiet, tucked-away location in a regular building. The neighborhood is alright, pretty green in some parts of Rajaji Nagar, but 11th Main can get narrow with parked cars and bikes. We've got our desks and computers set up and we just get on with it every morning. Sometimes the internet acts up like anywhere else but we manage to get through the work. People come by occasionally asking for directions or about flights, and we help where we can from this small branch. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls mostly. We don't have a big neon sign out front to show off. It’s just a regular door in a regular street. We’ve got our routine down. Morning tea, check the mail, start the calls. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stand but not too bad if the weather is nice. We like it here because it’s a bit calmer than the city center. Just a bunch of us working through the daily list and making sure nothing gets missed.
