You can find us at Rohini Nivas, which is Number 750 in the IV Block of B.E.L Layout. We’re tucked away in Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore. It’s a pretty green and quiet part of the city compared to the center. Even though we’re part of a big airline name, this local office is where we handle the smaller, daily details. We spend a lot of time on the phone helping people with their flight plans or explaining baggage rules. The office is in a residential building, so it has a very different feel than an airport desk. We have a few computers and a lot of printed flight manuals lying around. It gets busy during the morning when everyone is trying to confirm their travel for the day. Sometimes the Bangalore traffic makes it hard for people to reach us, so we do a lot of work through email. We’ve been here in Vidyaranyapura for a good amount of time, and the neighbors know us. It’s a steady job, mostly involving lots of typing and talking. We don’t try to be flashy about what we do. We just sit in our office at B.E.L Layout and try to get the tickets and schedules sorted out for whoever needs them. It's practical work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. Most days are fine, even if the flight changes can get a bit confusing for everyone involved.
