Elixir Tools & Specialities Pvt Ltd is over at 24 Vidyaranyapura. We are right behind Sahjanand College and very close to the Canara Bank. It is a decent area to work in, and we get a lot of people passing by on their way to the bank or the college. We handle various kinds of tools and specialty items that people need for technical jobs. Our office and storage space is simple and practical. We don't spend money on fancy furniture because we’d rather have more stock on the shelves. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or helping people who walk in looking for a very specific type of tool. The team here is small, so we all know what everyone else is doing. It can get a bit hectic when we have a lot of orders going out at once, but we manage to keep it organized. We aren't into big promotional speeches. We just know our tools and we help people find what they are looking for. Sometimes we have to spend a while looking through our catalogs to find a rare part, but that is just part of the job. It is a quiet, steady kind of business. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and the locals know they can just drop in if they need something. The students from the college sometimes stop by just to see what we are doing, which is fine by us.
