Eleventh Cross

We are tucked into the ground floor of Pentagon House on Mosque Road. If you know Frazer Town, you know how busy this street gets, especially in the evenings when everyone is out for food. Number 11 is our little space. It isn't a huge area, but being on the ground floor makes it easy to just walk in off the sidewalk. Pentagon House is an old name around here. The 560005 area has changed a lot over the years, but Mosque Road still has that same energy. We spend our mornings getting ready before the lunch rush starts. It can get pretty cramped when deliveries arrive at the same time customers are trying to get in. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights; we just let the location do the work. It’s a bit of a noisy neighborhood with all the bikes and cars, but that’s just life in this part of Bangalore. We’ve got our regular spots for everything, from where we park to where we get our daily tea. The walls are just walls, and the floor is just a floor. We try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy when we’re busy. We’re just here doing our thing on Eleventh Cross, trying to stay out of the rain and get the work done. The kitchen keeps us busy and the sink always seems to have something in it. It's just the daily grind.
