Elevative

If you’re looking for Elevative, we are over at Rabindranath Tagore Nagar on Makrand Desai Road. It’s a long address to write down, especially when you add in Vasna Road and Vadodara 342. Our office is in a building that’s easy to miss if you’re driving too fast. Inside, it’s mostly just us and a lot of computers. We’ve got these desks that don’t quite match and a clock on the wall that’s been ten minutes slow for two years. Nobody bothers to fix it. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens and talking about logistics. It’s not a glamorous job but it keeps us busy. The air conditioner hums quite loudly which makes it hard to hear sometimes, but we’re used to it now. We have a small area near the window where we keep a few dying plants and a water cooler that always seems to be empty when you’re thirsty. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we see each other at the local shops too. It’s a tight-knit group and we don’t really have many secrets. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a simple life and the business reflects that. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just take it one day at a time here in Vadodara.
