Our place is located at Number 7 on DVG Road in Basavanagudi. If you know the area, you know it’s a bit of an older, traditional part of town. We like it here because it has more character than the newer tech parks. Our office is simple and doesn't have any of those fancy bean bags or game rooms you see in movies. It's just a bunch of desks and some network equipment. We handle things for the local network and other bits of tech work. DVG Road is always packed with people shopping, so there’s a lot of energy right outside the door. Sometimes the noise from the market leaks in, but we don't mind it. It makes the day go by faster. We are a small group at Elementz Network. We don't have a big corporate ladder. If something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it. We eat lunch from the local mess nearby because the food is better than anything we could bring from home. It's a very local way of doing things. We don't use much jargon when we talk to people. It’s easier to just explain things simply. The office gets a bit dusty with all the traffic outside, so we’re always cleaning the screens. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us and the people we help in the neighborhood. We just take things one day at a time.
