Ekadantha Travels

You can find Ekadantha Travels at the Omkar Complex on Palace Road, specifically at 3 Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always a lot of movement around the complex. Our office is small, just enough room for a desk, a couple of chairs, and a calendar that we use to keep track of all the trips. We spend most of the morning dealing with phone calls and trying to make sure the vehicles are where they should be. Palace Road can get really jammed up, so we spend a lot of time worrying about the time. Sometimes a driver calls in sick and we have to scramble to find someone else at the last minute. It’s a bit stressful, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We have a small kettle in the corner for making coffee because the days start very early for us. The walls are a bit bare, and the floor could probably use a good scrub, but it’s where we do our work. We aren't trying to be some high-end corporate travel agency. We just help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s a lot of talking, a lot of checking schedules, and hoping the rain doesn't slow everything down too much. Most people around the complex know us, so we often have people dropping by just to chat for a bit.
