Our place, Mobile Technology & Solutions, is at No. 133 on the 3rd Cross of Ejipura Main Road. It’s in the Vivekanagar Post area. If you’ve ever been through Ejipura, you know it’s always humming with activity. There are shops everywhere and people always on the move. We fit right into that. We handle mobile phones and all the little problems that come with them. Screen cracks, battery issues, software glitches—we’ve seen it all. Our shop isn't very big, but we’ve packed a lot into it. We keep a good stock of parts so we don’t have to keep people waiting longer than necessary. We aren't fans of those big corporate service centers where you’re just a number. Here, you just talk to us across the counter. We’ll tell you if it’s an easy fix or if it’s going to take a couple of days. We’ve lived and worked around here for a long time, so we know a lot of the faces that come through the door. It’s a community feel, even though the city is huge. We like being the local spot people trust with their phones. We don’t use a lot of fancy words or try to sell you stuff you don’t need. We just fix what’s broken and get you back on your way. It’s a simple business and that’s how we like it. There’s always music playing and someone dropping by for a chat.
