We are out in Kadugodi, which is part of the Whitefield area in Bangalore. Eicon India Pvt Ltd has its base here. Whitefield is known for being a big hub, but Kadugodi feels a little different, maybe a bit more like its own village sometimes. The office isn't anything out of the ordinary. It’s just a functional space where we handle our business. Because it's Whitefield, the traffic around here is usually quite a mess, especially during the peak hours. We’ve all learned to plan our commutes around it. The building we are in is standard for this area. We have the usual desks, some filing cabinets, and a small area for water and tea. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always running. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks. Most of our day is spent dealing with the tasks at hand. It’s a lot of coordination and keeping track of things. Sometimes the neighborhood is noisy with all the construction going on, as Whitefield is always growing. We have a small group of people working here, and we all know each other pretty well. It’s a steady place to work. We just show up, do what is required, and deal with the daily grind like everyone else in this part of Bangalore. No frills, just the job.
