We’ve been here at Domlur 1st Main Road for quite some time now. You probably know the spot if you live in Domlur Layout, right near house number 15. It’s just us here most days, answering phones and trying to get people's trips sorted out. Honestly, the traffic outside our door can get pretty loud during the evenings, but we just keep working through it. Eden Tours and Travels isn't some giant corporation with hundreds of offices. We’re just a small group of people who know how to book tickets and find decent hotels without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes the internet is slow or a customer asks for something really complicated, and we just have to sit there and figure it out one step at a time. It’s not always glamorous. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or chatting with regulars who drop by to pay for their bookings or ask about bus timings. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still right here in the same spot. If you need to go somewhere, we try to make it happen without any unnecessary drama. We don't have fancy brochures with photoshopped pictures. We just tell you what’s available and what it costs. It’s pretty straightforward. We hope the coffee we offer is okay, though some people say it’s too strong. Anyway, that’s just how we do things here in Domlur. We've got a lot of stories from the road.
