We are based in Indore, specifically at M.32 Sandipani Colony in Rajendra Nagar. Ecstasy Tours N Travel is basically run out of this spot. It’s a residential colony, so it’s not like we have a big storefront on a main road with big windows. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking for the house number on the gate. The office is just a room with a couple of desks, a printer that jams occasionally, and some old maps pinned to the walls. We spend most of our time on the phone or on the computer trying to figure out train schedules and flight prices for people. Indore is a great city, and Rajendra Nagar is a decent place to be based. It’s practical. We don't have any fancy brochures with glossy photos; we usually just print out the itineraries on plain paper for the customers. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing cricket right outside the window, which can be a bit loud when you're trying to talk to a customer on the phone. We aren't a big travel agency with branches everywhere. It’s just us here, trying to help people get where they need to go without too much trouble. We know the local routes well and can usually suggest a good place to eat or stay if someone asks. It’s a small, honest business, and we like keeping it that way. We just do the work and hope for the best.
