Our office is located at Basavanagudi Panjrapole Cross Road 38. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of character and history. Ecom Consultancy Services is basically just us helping people navigate the world of selling things online and managing their business stuff. It’s a lot more complicated than it looks from the outside, so we spend our days explaining how things work. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the area over the years since we moved in. The traffic has definitely gotten worse on the cross road. Our space is usually filled with notes, computers, and half-empty tea cups. We aren't really the type to wear suits or have big board meetings. We usually just sit around the table and solve problems as they come up. Sometimes a client drops by without calling first and we just make room for them on a spare chair. That’s the way we like to run things because it feels more personal. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know a lot about e-commerce. Being on Panjrapole Cross Road puts us right in the thick of things. We keep busy and try to make sure our clients don't get stuck with their tech issues. It's a lot of talking and a lot of typing, but it works for us.
