Ecci,Ltd

This office is the one on the 2nd floor of City Point on Infantry Road in Bangalore. It’s where the project engineering side of East Coast Constructions and Industries Ltd is based. Infantry Road is always packed with people and cars, but once you get inside and up to the second floor, it’s a bit quieter than the street level. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and managing different construction schedules for our various projects. It’s a lot of coordination work and phone calls. The office has that old Bangalore charm, with heavy doors and windows that have seen a lot of seasons change. We aren't trying to be the most modern or high-tech place in the city. We just need enough room for our drafting tables and our computers. The staff here is mostly engineers and site coordinators who know the industry well. We talk about materials, deadlines, and labor a lot during our lunch breaks. It’s practical, everyday work. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long because everyone has a different opinion on how a project should go, but we usually figure it out. We grab tea from the stall downstairs and keep things moving throughout the week. It’s a busy life but we’ve got a good rhythm going here. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now, so it feels very familiar. We just focus on getting structures built.
