We are located over at 20, 2nd Cross here in Bangalore, zip code 560045. It’s a busy spot but we’ve gotten used to the noise from the street after being here for a while. Most of us get in around nine and start sorting through the technical work that needs doing. The name Eastpointinfotech basically tells you what we do, handling different info tech tasks for people who need them. The office isn't anything fancy or impressive. It's just a regular workspace with desks and computers and a small area where we keep the kettle for tea. Sometimes the traffic on 2nd Cross gets a bit much, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to head home at the same time. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. Most of the folks working here have been around for a few years, so we know how each other works without having to say much. It’s mostly just sitting down, looking at screens, and getting the projects finished. We don't really do big meetings or anything like that. If someone has a question, they just walk over to the next desk and ask. It works better that way than sending emails back and forth all day long. Karnataka weather is usually alright, though it gets a bit stuffy in the office when it’s humid. We just open the windows or turn the fans up. It’s a straightforward place to work and we just focus on the tasks.
