Eastern Travel Needz

Eastern Travel Needz is based in Vasavi Chambers on Lalbagh Fort Road. We are right in the Minerva area, very close to the famous Minerva Circle. If you know Bangalore traffic, you know that circle is always a bit of a mess, but it’s a great place to be because everyone passes through it. Our office is in a building that has seen a lot of years. It’s not the most modern place, but it has character. I started this because I wanted to provide a simple way for people to handle their travel needs without having to go to a big, cold corporate office. We sit here and talk to customers like they are neighbors, because many of them actually are. We do a lot of ticket bookings and help with travel plans for people heading out of the city. The office can get quite warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes off the road. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a long while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do a good job for the people who walk in. Most days are spent on the phone or checking schedules. It’s a steady rhythm. If you’re ever stuck in traffic near the circle, you can see our sign. We are usually around if you need something.
