You can find us over on Kanagi Street in Umayalpuram, which is part of the Chennai-44 area. We are at Plot No 28, and it’s a typical busy Chennai neighborhood. The weather is almost always humid, so we keep the windows open to get whatever breeze we can. Our office is a simple one-story place where we handle all our tech tasks. It’s not the kind of place you see in a magazine. We have old desks and some mismatched chairs, but they do the job. We spend our days answering the phone and working on whatever projects come through the door. Sometimes the street gets noisy with people passing by or kids playing outside. We have a small team here at East India Technologies Pvt Ltd and we’ve all been working together for a while. We don't use any fancy systems to track our time, we just know what needs to be done. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the stalls nearby. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We are just local people working in a local office. If you come by, you’ll probably see us with our heads down, focused on the computers. It’s a steady life and we aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do a good day’s work. We’ve been at this for a long time and we like the routine of it all.
