Earthzy is based out of Vinayaka Nagar in the Hagadur area. We aren't in a big glass building or anything; we actually work out of Flat No. 311 on the third floor of Ravoos Rainbow Apartment. It’s more of a home-office vibe here, which suits the way we handle things. Being in an apartment means it stays fairly calm compared to the main roads. We have our computers set up in the rooms and a small space where we sit and talk about what needs to get done. The apartment complex is a regular residential spot, so there are families and kids around, which makes it feel less like a cold workplace. We usually start our day early and stay late if there’s a lot of coding to finish. Hagadur has grown a lot lately, so there are more shops and places to eat within walking distance now. We like the convenience of being tucked away in a residential block. It’s a bit of a climb to the third floor but it’s good for a bit of daily movement. We don’t have any big signs outside, just the door number. We just focus on the tech side of things and keep our operations small and manageable. It’s a decent place to spend the day working on software. Sometimes we even work from the balcony when the weather is nice enough outside.
