Our shop is E Care Computer Solutions and we are located in Virgo Nagar. If you look for the SMMS Market, we are up on the second floor. It is right near Geetha Hospita, so people usually find us by looking for that landmark first. The market is always a bit noisy with people shopping for groceries or clothes. Once you come up to the second floor, it’s mostly just us and the electronics. We have computers in different states of repair all over the place. Some have the backs off and others are just waiting for a part to arrive. A bit of a mess happens sometimes with all the cables and tools lying around, but that is how we work best. A fancy waiting room with magazines is not something we have. Usually, customers just stand by the counter and tell us what’s wrong with their machine. We try to explain things in simple terms without using too much technical talk that nobody understands. Being near the hospital means we see a lot of people passing by every day. Most of the other shopkeepers in the SMMS Market know us since we have been here a while. We are just a local spot where you can get your laptop fixed or ask a question about your software without it being a big deal. We keep it simple and just focus on the screens in front of us.
