We run E Base Software Solutions Pvt Ltd from a spot in Koramangala, specifically at 22/S. It is a pretty standard office space. We have a few computers and some whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles that only we understand. It is not a flashy place. We don't have a lounge or a gaming area like some of those startup offices you see on TV. We just have desks and chairs. The air conditioning works most of the time, but when it doesn't, we just open the windows and deal with the dust. We write code and fix software issues for people who need it. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours and then find the answer when we are about to leave. We aren't a huge company with layers of management. If something needs to be decided, we just talk to each other across the room. It makes things move faster. The area around 22/S has a lot of places to eat, so we never go hungry. We’ve been here for a while and the landlord is a nice guy who doesn't bother us much. We just keep our heads down and do our work. It is a straightforward life here at the office. We don't need much more than a good internet connection and some decent coffee to keep us going through the day. The printer jams occasionally but we know the trick to fixing it.
