If you know Bellandur, you know how busy it gets. Dxl Technologies Private Limited is right in the mix of it, located at 237/232/02 in Agara Village off Sarjapur Road. It’s a bustling area and there’s always something happening outside. Our office isn't anything grand. It’s a functional space where we handle all our tech tasks. We’ve got the usual stuff: desks, chairs, some dusty shelves, and a lot of computers. The Agara Village area has grown so much, but we’re still in this spot just doing our thing. It can be loud with the traffic on Sarjapur Road, but once you’re inside, we just focus on the work. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to polish our image. We’re just local people who know our way around technology. Some of us have been here since the start. We usually grab lunch at one of the small shops nearby and maybe a tea from the stall on the corner. It’s a fast-paced environment because of the location, but we try to keep things simple inside. We don't use fancy jargon or have long, boring meetings. We just talk about what needs to be fixed and then we fix it. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. Being in Bellandur means we’re close to everything, even if the commute is a bit of a struggle every morning and evening. We just keep plugging away at our work and heading home when the day is done.
