Dx Max Properties Pvt Ltd is located at 1854 HBR Layout, right near the KEB office. If you know this part of the city, you’ll find us easily enough. We deal with properties, so our day is mostly spent talking to people or looking over site plans and documents. The office isn't very large at all, just enough space for our desks and a place for folks to sit for a bit when they come in. It gets a little crowded on Saturdays when people have more free time. We’ve been working out of HBR Layout for some time now and it feels like home. It’s a nice enough area, though the side roads can be a bit bumpy. We don’t use a lot of fancy marketing words to describe what we are doing. We just help people out with their housing needs. Some of us have lived in this neighborhood our whole lives, so we know the streets and the blocks pretty well. The office walls are covered with local maps and some old photos from previous years. It’s a very hands-on kind of business for us. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything polished like that. We just talk to the people who walk in or give us a call on the phone. It’s a simple way of doing things. Sometimes we have tea together and talk about the area. It’s a regular office for regular work.
