Dwarakamai Events

We are located over at 164, Veera Pillai Street, which is right in the heart of the 560001 area of Bangalore. If you know where Lavanya Theatre is, then you’ve probably passed by us many times without even realizing it. Dwarakamai Events isn’t some big agency with a glass front; we’re just a local team working out of a modest space on this busy street. The building is older, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it’s home for us. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sitting around a table covered in floor plans and checklists. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and the crowds heading toward the theatre, but we’ve gotten used to it. Sometimes we step out to the small tea stall nearby just to take a break from the planning. Managing events means there’s always a bit of chaos, but we try to keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re something we aren’t. We are just people who like organizing things and making sure everything is in its place. Veera Pillai Street has a certain energy that keeps us moving, even on those long days when nothing seems to be going right. It’s just how things go when you’re working in the middle of Bangalore’s old-school commercial hubs, surrounded by people who have been here for decades.
