We’ve been here at Brigade Gardenia in JP Nagar for a while now. Specifically, we're up on the 13th floor in the Jardine Block, which gives us a pretty decent view of the area when the weather is clear. Most days start with someone trying to fix the coffee machine or talking about the traffic on the way in. It’s not a huge setup, just a handful of us working out of D-1303. We keep our desks a bit messy with notes and old tea cups, but we know where everything is. The neighbors in the building are mostly families, so it stays fairly quiet during the work day except for when the lift gets stuck or there’s some maintenance going on outside. We don’t really do fancy meetings or dress up much. Usually, it’s just us sitting around laptops, figuring out whatever tasks came in that morning. Sometimes we go downstairs to the garden for a bit of air when the afternoon slump hits. The address says 7th Phase, and it’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but we like it that way. It’s a practical spot for us to get things done without the noise of the city right outside the window. We’ve got a couple of plants by the door that we keep forgetting to water, but they’re hanging in there. That’s pretty much how it goes here every day, just regular work and trying to stay on top of our list.
