We are located at 124, 6th Main, 12th Cross Road, over in Basaveshwar Nagar. It’s a decent spot, fairly easy to find if you know the main roads around here. Dtell Solutions is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s basically a workspace where we figure out various technical or service-related issues for folks. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of coffee cups. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. Usually, if you come in, you’ll just see one of us hunched over a computer or talking on a mobile. Basaveshwar Nagar has a nice mix of homes and businesses, so we get a lot of different people stopping by. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with meetings that last for hours. We prefer to just get a list of things to do and work our way through it. Sometimes we stay late when a job is being stubborn, and other times we might close up a little early if things are quiet. It’s a flexible way to run things. We’ve been at this for a while and we’ve learned that being straightforward with people works better than anything else. We’re just here on 12th Cross doing our thing and trying to keep our clients happy without all the extra fluff. It is honest work for people who need solutions without any drama.
