Our office for Dreamsoft Innovations Private Limited is out in Mangaluru. We are located at Kooimajal House, which is house number 3-242 in the Adyar Post area. This is part of Dakshina Kannada, pin code 575007. It’s a different vibe here than in the big cities. It’s a bit more spread out and you can actually see some greenery. Kooimajal House is a local name, and the building has been around for a while. It’s not one of those new glass-and-steel towers. It feels more like a home that’s been turned into a workspace. We have our computers set up and we spend our hours there. Being in Adyar Post means we are away from the main city rush of Mangaluru, which is nice. Sometimes it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside, though you still get the occasional truck rumbling past. The address is simple enough for the postman to find, but visitors sometimes get turned around since the house numbers aren't always in a straight line. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of slogans on the walls. It’s just a practical place for us to do our jobs. The rooms are a decent size and we have enough space for the team. It’s a very grounded kind of place. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too stressful. It's just a regular house for a regular business in a quiet corner. We enjoy the slower pace compared to the Bengaluru traffic. It's good.
