We are over here at Adithya Beaumonde, tucked into Flat 006. It is a quiet spot in Hillside Layout. Mostly, it is just us sitting around with laptops and trying to figure things out. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the neighbors are doing some construction, but we get the work done. Dqic Software Solutions isn't a huge operation. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist at the front. It is more of a home-style setup where we keep our books and our computers. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a bit now. The hill air is okay, though the traffic getting up here can be a bit much in the evenings. Most days involve a lot of typing and drinking tea in the small kitchen area. We aren't trying to be the next giant corporation; we just like building things that actually work for people. If you walked past our door, you probably wouldn't even know there was a tech company inside. It just looks like another apartment. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. No one wears suits here. We usually just show up in whatever is comfortable and stay until the tasks for the day are finished. It’s a small group of us. We know each other's families and what everyone likes to eat for lunch. That's just how we run things in this little corner of the building. It works for us.
