Dosch Properties

Dosch Properties is basically a small operation we run out of Banaswadi. Specifically, we are at 540/24, which isn't always the easiest spot to find if you aren't familiar with the side streets around here. We’ve been here for a while now, just dealing with property matters for the local area. It isn't a fancy setup. Mostly, it’s just us at our desks, answering the phone and trying to keep track of all the paperwork that comes with real estate. People stop by sometimes to ask about rentals or what’s for sale nearby. We try to keep things simple. Banaswadi has changed quite a bit since we first moved in, with more traffic and new shops popping up every other month. Our office stays pretty much the same, though. We have a couple of old chairs for visitors and a lot of files stacked up. It gets a bit noisy during the day because of the street, but you get used to it. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm. We just know the neighborhood and help out people who need a place to stay or want to sell their plot. If you happen to be walking past 540/24, you'll see our sign. It’s nothing special, just a regular workplace where we get through our daily tasks. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how things work around here.
