Dorai Babu Associates

We have been operating Dorai Babu Associates from the second floor of the Singh Building for quite some time now. If you know Malleshwaram, you know how busy it gets around the 8th Cross area. Finding a parking spot on Coconut Avenue Road can be a real headache some days, especially when there is a festival or something going on. We usually just walk from the corner if the street is too blocked up. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we sit and get through the daily paperwork. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them where we were. We see a lot of the same faces coming up those stairs every week. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but the building stays relatively cool because of the old construction. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure things don't pile up too much. Sometimes the tea man from downstairs forgets our order, but that’s just how things go around here. Malleshwaram has changed a lot since we started, with more shops and cars everywhere, but the 8th Cross vibe stays the same. We just keep our heads down and handle the work as it comes in. It’s a solid place to be based, even with the noise from the main road. We don’t really do much advertising because the neighborhood knows where to find us if they need anything.
