We are Donatus Victoria Estates & Hotels Pvt Ltd. Our main office is on Brigade Road, specifically at number 47/48. If you know where the Panchmukhi Ganesh Temple is, we are right near that spot. It is the 1ST Main Road in the Mahalakshmipuram Layout, inside the Victoria Embassy building. This is a very busy part of Bangalore, so finding a place to park your car is always a bit of a headache. We spend most of our working day dealing with various property papers and hotel management stuff. It is not nearly as glamorous as the name might sound. Mostly it is just endless phone calls and meetings in the back office. The building is a bit on the older side but it is a solid location for us. We have been operating here for a few years now. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we just take the stairs to get to work. There are a lot of other different businesses in the same layout, so it is never really quiet around here. We have a small, dedicated team. We do not have a huge lobby or anything fancy like that. It is just a practical place where we get the work done. People come in to talk about their property investments or room bookings. We try to keep things moving as well as we can. The temple nearby is a very helpful landmark for visitors who get turned around on the 1ST Main Road.
