We’ve been running Dolan Technocrafts Pvt Ltd for a while now. Our place is located at 76/2/3 Banneraghatta Road in Bilekahalli. If you know the area, we are right near Kalyani Kalyan Mantapa. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. We handle a lot of technical work and manufacturing stuff. It's mostly regular days with a lot of hands-on tasks in the workshop. The team is small, mostly people from around the neighborhood. We don't really do the fancy office thing. It's more about getting the job done and making sure everything works like it should before it goes out. Sometimes the road gets crowded, especially during wedding season because of the mantapa nearby, but we manage. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's convenient for the staff and the regulars know where to find us. Usually, we are just busy with the machines or sorting out orders that come in throughout the week. There’s always some noise from the tools and people talking over the sound of the equipment. We keep things simple and don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of what we do is just physical work and checking parts. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a local business trying to stay steady. We open early and stay until the work for the day is finished. That’s pretty much how we operate day in and day out at our Banneraghatta Road location.
