Dna (Diligent Media Corporation)

Our office is in Janapriya Heavens, specifically unit 1027 on the first floor. This is in the 4th Block of Allalsandra, which is way up in Yelhanka, Bangalore-65. It’s a bit of a trek for some of us, but the area is a lot quieter than the central parts of the city. Being a media corporation sounds like it might be glamorous, but it’s mostly just us sitting at desks with headsets on or typing away at old keyboards. The first floor gets a bit of the breeze if we leave the windows open, which is nice during the Bangalore summers. We deal with news and media bits daily, so there is always a television on somewhere in the background or papers scattered across the tables. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s how we work. Most people in the building are just going about their own business, and we fit right in with the rest of the residents and small businesses in the complex. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights outside. It’s just a place where the work gets done. Sometimes we stay late when a big story is breaking, and other times we’re out the door right on time to beat the traffic on the way back towards the city center. It’s a simple life here in Yelhanka, focusing on what’s happening in the world. It’s not the most exciting building in the world, but it’s where we belong and we make it work every day.
