We are based in Banashankari, specifically in the 3rd Stage, 3rd Phase. Our office is in the 6th Block. If you know Banashankari, you know it’s a big area with lots of stages and phases, so it can be a bit tricky for people who aren't from around here. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a while now. The office is a simple one, nothing too flashy. We just have our desks and chairs and the usual equipment we need to run Dlithe Consultancy Services. It’s a local vibe here, and we like that. We aren't in one of those huge tech parks. Instead, we are tucked away in a more residential-feeling block. It makes the commute a bit easier for some of us. The building is just a standard structure. Inside, it’s mostly just us focused on the day's tasks. We don’t have any big corporate policies about how to dress or anything; we just show up and work. Sometimes we go out to the local mess for lunch because the food there is better than what we bring from home. It’s a basic setup that suits what we do. No bells or whistles, just a group of people in an office in Banashankari getting things done one day at a time. The office is usually humming with the sound of typing and some low talking. It is our daily routine.
