Our place is located at 23/07/203 in Maruthi Nagar. Yelahanka has changed a lot since we first started out here. There used to be so much more open space, but now it is all buildings and new roads. We work as Divyasree Developers, mostly focusing on the local housing projects around this neighborhood. Our office is tucked away, so it stays a bit quieter than the main streets. We spend our days looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes the rain slows everything down and we just sit and wait for the mud to dry. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. It is just a small team trying to get things built right. We know the local guys who do the plumbing and the electrical work. People stop by to ask when the next project is starting or if there are any units left. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth usually does the trick for us. It’s hard work, especially with the prices of materials going up all the time. We just try to keep our heads down and finish what we started. If you are wandering through Maruthi Nagar, you might see our site boards. We are usually around if anyone has questions about the plots. It is just us working hard to build decent homes for folks.
