Our office is up on the second floor of the Sri Sai Krupa building, right there on 8th ‘B’ Main Road in Srinidhi Layout. It’s a quiet enough part of Vidyaranyapura, which is nice when we’re trying to look over site plans or talk through a project. Divyasree Developers isn’t some massive firm with a glass skyscraper. We’re just a small team working out of this space in Bangalore. Most of our time isn't even spent in the office; we’re usually out at the sites seeing how the foundations are coming along or talking to the contractors. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but we’re used to it by now. We handle a lot of the local building work around this side of the city. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or a late delivery, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve got stacks of blueprints and old samples of tiles laying around the corners of the room. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We don’t go in for big presentations. Usually, it's just us and a cup of tea, figuring out how to get the next phase finished. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. Just regular work for regular people looking for a place to stay. We’ve been here for several years now and we know the local planning rules pretty well by heart.
