It started because we liked traveling ourselves and thought we could help others do the same. We mostly rent out cars for people who want to visit temples or go on a small vacation. We also help with booking tickets if someone finds the computer stuff confusing. The office is right in the colony, so we know all our neighbors and they often come to us first. We have a few drivers who have been with us for years. They are good people who know the roads well and don't drive too fast. It's a simple business without any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the cars are running well and the customers are happy with the trip. Sometimes we sit outside the office and chat with people passing by. Banashankari is a nice place to be, and the Bajaj Auto Colony is quite friendly. We handle a lot of local trips around the city too. If someone needs a vehicle for a day, they just give us a call or drop by the house. We keep things straightforward and don't promise anything we can't do.
