Divakar Tours & Travels

Divakar Tours & Travels is located in Jayanagar. It’s a pretty quiet corner compared to the rest of the city, which is nice for us. We have been running this for a while now. Most days start early because people want to get their travel plans sorted before they go to work. We deal with a lot of car bookings and bus tickets. It’s mostly us sitting behind the old wooden desks and staring at the computer screens. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit. It’s frustrating but they usually understand. We know the roads around here like the back of our hand. There is a lot to keep track of, like which driver is where and if the car is clean enough for the next trip. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s just a regular room with some maps pinned up and a lot of diaries. My cousin helps out sometimes when it gets really packed during the wedding season. We get a lot of regulars who just walk in without calling first. They know we are usually here until late evening. It is hard work keeping everyone happy with their schedules, but it’s what pays the bills. Jayanagar is a good place to be, feels like home to most of us who work here. We just take it one day at a time.
